At Pilgrim Hall Conference Venue in Sussex, we recognise that your time is precious and therefore ensure that all your requirements are organised before you arrive. Your conference organiser can liaise with your allocated duty manager to ensure that any last minute changes are dealt with.
Our Conference Hall can seat up to 130 people theatre style and can be set out exactly as you require. We include OHP and screen, flip charts, TV and video recorders and DVD players in your Conference Room, along with a PA and loop system in our 2 main meeting rooms with ability to record. A multimedia projector is available to hire.
Our Conference Venue also offers other smaller rooms, which are available either as break out rooms or for hire for smaller groups.
We also have a grand piano in our main meeting room which has proved useful for our local education authority's music department.
You can choose from a variety of menus to suit your specific needs from a light sandwich lunch to a full buffet, tea and coffee breaks are served at times to suit you.
