As Maintenance Supervisor at our residential Training and Conference centre, you will be a key player within the Pilgrim Hall team. Your role will help us to deliver an excellent service for our guests.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure that the buildings, leisure facilities, fixtures and fittings in our conference, lounge and dining areas, bedrooms and offices are in a good state of repair and all are safe for use. You will be expected to keep an eye on the fabric of the buildings and report work needed to the Operations Manager, as well as responding promptly to priority repair jobs reported by staff. When specialist work/equipment is required, you will source contractors/suppliers and ensure best value is obtained.

We offer first-class working conditions, including Pension and Life Assurance, and the chance to work in an attractive countryside setting as part of a great team.

Applicants will need to be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Pilgrim Hall, which is a Christian Charity.
